Credit/Debit Card Fee
If paying with a credit card 5% percent of the total transaction amount will be applied during check out.
Matted Dog Fee
If your dog's coat becomes tangled, knotted, or matted due to lack of regular grooming or specific coat characteristics. These mats can be quite challenging to remove and require additional time and effort from our grooming professionals.
Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee applies if you cancel your reservation on the day of or less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Handling Fee
This fee is applicable for dog grooming services that require extra handling. It covers the additional time and effort needed to safely groom dogs with specific needs or challenging behavior.
Returned Check Fee
A returned check fee will be applied for any checks that are returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason. This fee is necessary to cover the expenses incurred when processing and handling returned checks
Credit Card Dispute Fee
This fee is applicable when a customer disputes a transaction made using their credit card. It covers the administrative costs associated with resolving the dispute and investigating the claim's validity.
